Robert L. Franklin has been practicing law for over fifty years. He concentrates his practice in corporate representation, real estate and estate planning and administration. He has represented purchasers, sellers, lenders, landlords and tenants in a wide range of real estate transactions including hotel and apartment building sales, financing, and commercial and industrial properties. Additionally, he has represented manufacturing, technology, service, and professional firms in the greater Philadelphia area.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Franklin has taught in the Temple Law School Clinical Program, and for many years in the Fox School of Business, teaching business and real estate. He is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, and the Temple University Alumni Association.
Mr. Franklin is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law, and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. He served in the Pennsylvania National Guard. He remains active in his community and serves as a former Board of Managers and current Vice President of the Mikveh Israel Synagogue, and is a member of the American Safardi Federation.
