Jocelin A. Price concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration and fiduciary litigation issues. Ms. Price also has experience in insurance defense and personal injury litigation; affirmative recovery lawsuits on behalf of insurance carriers, including RICO; auto liability, property and casualty insurance fraud, first and third party benefits, bad faith, uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits, property claims, insurance coverage, subrogation, civil rights, municipal and government law.
Ms. Price graduated from Lafayette College in 1997 with a degree in Government and Law. She continued her education at Widener University School of Law where she earned her J.D. in 2001. During her time in law school, Ms. Price served on the Moot Court Honor Society Executive Board and served as an assistant for the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Price is actively involved in her community. She serves as a volunteer lacrosse coach for Central Bucks Athletic Association (CBAA ) and is the co-president of Doyle Elementary School’s Home and School Association.
