Attorney, Christina D. Frangiosa Authors Chapter in the ABA-IPL
Trademark Infringement Remedies (2015 Cumulative Supplement)

Frangiosa of Huntingdon Valley firm, Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC is a contributing author to the American Bar Association’s Section of Intellectual Property Law’s (ABA-IPL) Trademark Infringement Remedies (2015 Cumulative Supplement). Ms. Frangiosa has authored Chapter 8, “Plaintiff’s Damages” (Substitute Chapter).

Published by Bloomberg BNA, the supplement is an important reference book for trademark practitioners, and intends to be a valuable resource for both litigators and for attorneys who provide risk analysis and advice to clients in this important field. Christina D. Frangiosa currently serves as Vice Chair of the Trademark and Unfair Competition Division of the ABA-IPL, is a member its CLE Board and its Membership Board and previously served as Co-Chair of its Anti-Piracy Task Force and as the Section’s Liaison to the ABA’s Cybersecurity Task Force. Ms. Frangiosa concentrates her practice on intellectual property and technology law, including trademark advisory services, data privacy and security policies, licensing, and litigation relating to trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, false advertising, domain names, Internet and computer law, and trade secrets.
