Frangiosa of Huntingdon Valley firm, Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC is a contributing author to the American Bar Association’s Section of Intellectual Property Law’s (ABA-IPL) Trademark Infringement Remedies (2015 Cumulative Supplement). Ms. Frangiosa has authored Chapter 8, “Plaintiff’s Damages” (Substitute Chapter).

Ms. Frangiosa concentrates her practice on intellectual property and technology law, including trademark advisory services, data privacy and security policies, licensing, and litigation relating to trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, false advertising, domain names, Internet and computer law, and trade secrets.
