Michael J. Torchia, Esq. of Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia was honored to once again co-present the “Year in Review” at the 2019 PBI Employment Law Institute in Philadelphia, which hosted over 500 attorneys and professional in its 25^th anniversary year.

Over 350 attended the “Year In Review” where Mr. Torchia (representing the employer’s view) along with co-presenter Richard Seymour, Esq. (representing the employee’s view), kicked off the Employment Law Institute with a spirited point/counterpoint exchange presenting important cases and statutory developments in the employment and labor practice area.
