Ashleigh M. Morales

has been with the firm since 2010 and concentrates her practice in corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions.  She counsels clients on a variety of transactions including entity formation, acquisitions and debt financing.

Jocelin A. Price

joined the firm in 2016.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of trust and estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation. Jocelin also counsels clients on family wealth planning, pre and postnuptial agreements, and retirement benefit planning.

Julia Richie Sammin

concentrates her practice in corporate and business law, and has been counseling the firm’s clients since 2013.  Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, loan transactions, business formation, securities matters, and commercial and consumer contracts.
