We are pleased to Announce Alexis Dillett Isztwan, Stephen C. Goldblum and Catherine A. Marriott have become Equity Members of the Firm

Alexis Dillett Isztwan is chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) group.    She provides strategic counseling to clients on the development,  acquisition, and licensing of IP and technology. Additionally, Alexis advises clients on the creation, protection, and enforcement of global IP rights such as trademarks and copyrights.

Stephen C. Goldblum provides legal guidance on a broad range of employment-related issues to national, regional and local businesses including discrimination defense, legal compliance, hiring and termination decisions, internal investigations, and training to management, human resources and employees. Additionally, he is a successful commercial litigator that appears routinely in federal and state courts and agencies across the country.

Catherine A. Marriott counsels the firm’s clients in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, sales and leasing and title matters. Katie also advises clients with respect to the real estate aspects of financing and business transactions, corporate mergers and conversions and estate planning. Katie was selected for inclusion as a Rising Star in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers from 2008 through 2012.
