Ms. Bellak maintains a diverse corporate and transactional practice, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, private placements of securities and corporate governance matters. She assists clients with all aspects of business, corporate and securities transactions, including entity formation and governance, contract preparation and review, stock and asset sales, commercial loan transactions and succession planning.
Over the years, Ms. Bellak has represented high net worth individuals, local, regional and national businesses, start-up and development stage companies, and privately held global enterprises. Previously, she was a partner at a large regional law firm and served on the board of directors of JEVS Human Services and Temple Sinai synagogue.
Ms. Bellak is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Temple University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She served as an editor of the Law Review of the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. Ms. Bellak is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Florida.
