Joe Fluehr concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. He represents clients on a wide variety of litigation matters involving:
- Member/ shareholder disputes;
- Enforcement of restrictive covenants;
- Enforcement of commercial contracts;
- Defending discrimination and wage and hour claims from current or former employees;
- Investigating discrimination and wage and hour claims from current or former employees;
- Defending clients in responding to and negotiating the resolution of federal and state Department of Labor investigations; and
- Litigating, negotiating and resolving both employment and commercial disputes.
Joe also advises his clients generally on business, employment and transactional matters. Prior to joining Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC, Joe was a litigation attorney in Center City Philadelphia.
Joe was raised in Bucks County and currently resides in Montgomery County with his wife, daughter and son. Joe is a proud graduate of LaSalle College High School, St. Joseph’s University and Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he obtained his J.D., magna cum laude. Joe is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team while attending St. Joseph’s University.
Joe Fluehr has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars for Business Litigation for the past five years. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state for their knowledge of the law, professional work ethic, and advocacy on behalf of their clients.
