Samuel (“Sam”) J. Juliani concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax, and succession planning. Before becoming an attorney, Sam worked for seven years as a trusts and estates paralegal, which provided him with invaluable experience in, and in-depth knowledge of, his chosen practice areas.
Sam majored in political science and minored in history at Temple University, was elected to The Phi Beta Kappa Society, and graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude. He graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law and received the Constance W. Maier ’88 Memorial Scholarship given annually to a student who excels in trusts and estates. He is also currently pursuing his LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Sam is a member of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council.
In addition to his legal practice, Sam is committed to serving others. In 2018, he co-founded Gabriel’s Gladiators in memory of his late brother. Gabriel’s Gladiators is a 501(c)(3) organization that supports orphans in Eswatini, women escaping sex trafficking in Kolkata, India, and local families dealing with a family member’s cancer diagnosis.
Sam lives in Harleysville, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Christina, and three children. He enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and passionately and irrationally rooting for all the Philadelphia sports teams.
