Expert Guide’s Women in Business Law 2015

Frangiosa of Huntingdon Valley business law firm, Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC has been selected for inclusion in the Expert Guide: Women in Business Law 2015. Ms. Frangiosa is included among only 30 other attorneys in the United States listed under Trademark Law, where a record number of practitioners actively participated and endorsed the most talented and reputable women. Only nominees are invited to participate in the guide.
The Expert Guide: Women in Business Law 2015 is the international legal market’s leading guide to the top female practitioners advising on business law worldwide. The research process involves sending questionnaires to senior practitioners or in-house counsel involved in each practice area in over 90 jurisdictions, asking them to nominate leading practitioners based on their work and reputation. The results are analyzed and screened for firm, network and alliance bias. The list of experts is then discussed and refined with advisers in legal centers worldwide. Researchers have compiled a list of specialists in 84 jurisdictions and 30 practice areas for the guide.
Christina D. Frangiosa concentrates her practice on intellectual property and technology law, including trademark advisory services, litigation and licensing, unfair competition, false advertising, domain name disputes, Internet and computer law, copyright disputes, data privacy and security, and trade secret matters. Ms. Frangiosa currently serves as Vice Chair of the Trademark and Unfair Competition Division of the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section (IPL) and co-chairs its Joint Task Force on Online Piracy and Counterfeiting. She participates actively in the ABA’s IPL Section and its Litigation Section. She previously served as the Co-Chair of the IP Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
