The Firm is Pleased to Welcome Wilbur “Bud” Dahlgren to the Trusts and Estates Group of Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC.
Bud focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, wills, trust and advanced directive preparation, business succession planning, planned giving, individual and fiduciary income taxation, and tax-exempt organizations. He also counsels clients in elder law planning including life care, long-term care, Medicaid, and asset protection planning.
He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and Florida. He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association, as well as each Association’s estate planning and elder law sections.
