Attorney Jeffrey G. DiAmico has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Bar Association (BCBA). Mr. DiAmico has served as Chair of the BCBA’s Business Law Section since 2009, and had previously been a Member of the Board of Directors from 2009-2021.
Mr. DiAmico is a Member of Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC where he concentrates his practice in real estate, business/corporate and commercial litigation. His corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business formation and succession planning. His real estate practice includes commercial, industrial and retail real estate purchases, sales, leases and tax assessment appeals, community association law, and real estate litigation.
