Once again this year, Member Michael J. Torchia had the honor of presenting the “Year in Review” – the traditional first session of the annual Employment Law Institute with all attendees.
As in the past, the Year in Review session covered national developments over the last year with a heavy emphasis on regional and local developments. The fast paced session was punctuated by a point-counterpoint between Mike and his co-presenter Virginia Hardwick.
This was the premier employment law event for everyone who represents employers and employees. Each year, the Employment Law Institute continues its proud tradition of bringing practical and realistic solutions to everyday and unexpected problems in employment law.
